Step 6: Deep Clean

This should be done the day before or the morning of the photography appointment. We want your home sparkling clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, as nothing turns a buyer off more than a dirty home. If you don’t want to personally clean your home, we’d be happy to make arrangements and suggestions for professional cleaning services. All staging and repairs should be done before they come over to clean. Once they clean your place, please do your very best to keep it clean going forward. If it needs to be cleaned again at any point, just let us know and we can set up another appointment.
